  • Do I need to register to place an order?
    Yes, you need to create an account with your email address and a password. You will have to add your billing details here.
  • How long will my order take to reach me?
    It will depend on the courier company that we make use of and where your location is.
    Normally it will take between 3 and 5 working days, but it might be a bit longer if you live in a remote area. 
  • Do you have a store I can visit?
    Unfortunately not at the moment.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy. You need to get in touch with us by emailing us on online@allbags.co.za.
  • What are my payment options? Is it safe to shop on All Bags?
    We take the security of your payment and personal information very seriously. We have a reliable & safe payment gateway called PayFast. You can pay by Mastercard/VISA cards or Instant EFT. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
  • What is the exchange & return policy?

  • Can I return Sale items?
    No, Sale items are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • What will delivery cost me?
    Orders above R450 receive free delivery. Orders lower than R450 will have a R100 set delivery fee.
  • Can I track my order online?
    Yes, our courier company has an online tracking system. You will receive a tracking code via once your order has been received and is in process. You will be able to track your order online at all times. Please check this tracking code to ensure that you’re available when delivery takes place. 
  • Can I order from outside South Africa?
    No, at this stage we do not ship outside South Africa.
